Chango Egg Hakka Noodles
- • Boil 10 cups of water in a vessel.
- • Let the water bubble.
- • Drop the noodles and boil them for 2 minutes.
- • The noodles are half cooked.
- • Drain the noodles and spred it on a flat surface.
- • Add 1 tsp of oil and toss noodles well to prevent it sticking.
- • Proceed with your choosen dish.
